Admiral Jonathan Riles, the director of the National Security Agency, has died, leaving his covert special operations team in the cold, betrayed and pursued by their own government. After failing to stop the dangerous Rho Project at Los Alamos National Laboratory, their only hope is to find the secr... et informant within the Rho Project itself. However, time is running out as the US government prepares to release a technological breakthrough, a nano-serum that has the potential to cure all diseases. Its first target is Africa. Richard Phillips takes his heroes on a thrilling journey into the unknown in Immune, a journey that throws their once-comfortable lives into a meat grinder as brutal as a young soldier's first taste of combat. Author Biography Richard Phillips, a native of Roswell, New Mexico, graduated from West Point in 1979, trained as an Army Ranger, and served as an officer in the United States Army for several years.
