The Dursleys had been so meek and hideous since Harry Potter had come home for the summer that all Harry wanted was to return to the Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. But just as he packs his bags, Harry receives a warning from an odd impished creature who says that if Harry returns to Ho... gwarts, disaster will hit.
And it strikes. For fresh torments and horrors arise in Harry's second year at Hogwarts, including an outrageously stuck-up new teacher and a spirit that haunts the girls' bathroom. But then the real trouble begins - somebody turns students from Hogwarts into stone. Could it be more poisonous rival Draco Malfoy than ever? Could it be Hagrid, who is finally told of his mysterious past? Or might it be the one most suspects at Hogwarts..Harry Potter himself!

Constitutions become the ultimate tyranny," Paul said. "They’re organized power on such a scale as to be overwhelming. The constitution is social power mobilized and it has no conscience. It can crush the highest and the lowest, removing all dignity and individuality. It has an unstable balance point and no limitations.
This is another great story by J.K. Rowling. It shows how Harry and Ron get on throughout the 'clever stuff' without Hermione and how the Chamber of Secrets was supposedly opened before by their biggest friend...Just like the first book this is superbly written with amazing descriptions to make you feel as if you are Harry attending Hogwarts!
I thought this book was wonderful. It amazes me that someone could create something so original and interesting. JK Rowling was so descriptive with Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, which makes the reader entertained.
